We had the Jeep less than a week before my husband became obsessed with what modifications to make. I thought since we bought a Rubicon he wouldn’t be in a huge rush to start lifting, putting on larger tires, adding a winch, new bumpers, air compressor, that’s just for starters.
For all you hard core Jeep lovers don’t take this the wrong way. I don’t see the point of doing all these things this year. Don’t stereotype me! When we go off road I drive so I am not someone that drives a Jeep because I think its cute.
When it comes down to it we’re not going to be doing any serious off roading year. As wonderful as a day of mud and rocks sounds we have the two babies; live far from family and no weekend babysitters. Anything we do on the weekends is tame since our littlest one is just over 6 months. I’m all for adding a winch and other accessories that will improve our off roading experience, I just don’t see the point of doing it just to do it when there is no serious off roading in our near future.

There just 2 things that a man likes & have never gone out of fashion or style. They are the 2 gr8 “J’s” in a mans life. One is JEANS & the other JEEP!
Happy off raoding!
